This community planning process is only possible through the financial assistance of local institutions who recognize the value in planning.

Unlike most planning practices, this effort is not commissioned by a government entity. Due to that reality, these sponsors have come to the table financially to show their support to the future of the Winstanley community of East St. Louis.
